Nice product, good in quality, total value for money.

We have had a worse experience while using the newly purchased Faber 4 Burner Daisy Pro Cooktop .The knob caught fire upon lighteningthe knobs got stuck after turning ON 180 deg ( left to right) and were unable to switch offIt was disaster as burner remained in ON condition and was not getting OFF, had to take off regulator from cylinder in order to switch offThe service support has been extremely slow and painful as they visited nearly 6 days after raising complaint. After the inspection service technician confirmed that there is a manufacturing defect and valves needs to be replaced and they did not have the same in their stock. It took them 2 weeks to get the parts and that too in a staggered phase as they said that company is not issuing them parts even after they sharing the issues at site.Ultimately we were the sufferers as we had no spare of this utility item and had to literally bag our friends to help us out. Our request for replacement during the warranty period was also turned downBased on our experience as above we recommend not to buy the product as it has manufacturing defect and service support is pathetic

Good stove and great quality. Glass top is less thick but no problems till. Packaging was bit torn but didn't impact on the product.

Design, value for money, easy to install, additional items gas pipe, igniter.

See the image, all over rust. This after 2 month of use only. And luckily they don't have warranty on this.My traditional 2 burner is still in good condition after 10 year of use.I will suggest not to buy.Note: lighter is not working from Day 1.
