Top quality product and trusted brand
The media could not be loaded. I’ve been using Shilajit for a few weeks now after doing forensic research trying to find a good quality brand. In that time I’ve seen an improvement in my overall energy levels and general mental sharpness and clarity.I was therefore delighted to see that one of my favourite brands - KIKI Health - have produced a Shilajit! Now. This is tiny. Be warned. And so ounce for ounce it can be deemed quite pricey. BUT. If you think about where this comes from (the resin in between squished mountains for millions of years ago!!) you’ll realise why genuine Shilajit is this price. If its cheap - it’s not genuine. This smells and looks the real deal. Don’t expect it to taste good. But. The minerals contains in this for me - has given my body a rocket boost. So well worth taking.

cute handy little pot of potent mountain power!
This is a high quality Himalayan shilajit in a very portable form factor. The taste is as expected - there does not seem to be any dilution or adulteration. This is based on other good quality shilajits I have tried. And KIKI Health have a great track record of putting out high quality supplements.Great for travelling or taking to work.

Looks like it has already been opened
I have just received mine and have not tried it. Is it supposed to be sealed? Neither the box, nor the jar have any kind of tamper proof seal on them to prove it has never been opened. The jar was upside down in the box and there is no spatula included which further compounds my suspicions that it has previously been opened.I will be sending it back and I hope I get a new one.

This is a VERY Different Kind of Suppliment.
Before discovering Shilajit on TikTok it was not something I had ever heard of, and I doubt I would ever have stumbled across. Thanks to the TT algorithm however I have seen a lot of videos about this nutrient-rich substance and so was keen to give it a try.The pot is only 30g so is very small, it looks similar to a small cosmetics pot rather than your average pot of vitamins. When you open the jar you see the thick tar-like shilajit inside. The label suggests adding a "PEA" sized potion to hot water, which I did exactly. Although it is super thick and sticky, the second it hits the hot water it starts to dissolve and turns the water a mirky dark colour not dissimilar to a tea or weak Coffee. One thing to note is the smell of the neat Shilajit... it stinks, and to be honest it's not a nice smell. It's hard to describe but it is an acquired taste. Once dissolved in Hot water thankfully this smell largely dissipates and even in hot water alone, there is no strong taste when you drink it. It's not pleasant in flavour, but at the same time, it's not that unpleasant either. At £45 a pot, this is a very expensive way to top up your minerals, it does seem to be the real deal, as there are a lot of faux diluted products on the market. I have been wanting to try this for some time, and I am glad I did as it seems to be a good one. It is however quite pricey.

Maybe a great product but difficult to use
This is, in the one I received, a very hard product. Not sure if this is how every one is.I know it is resin based but the one I received is very hard indeed. This makes it difficult to get to , measure and use and as a consequence I found that it was too cumbersome so stopped using itUnfortunately, too much friction makes a product unused and this has been the case for this I’m afraid.Perhaps there is a better way to use it than I have found. I will keep searching and update if I find a better way.

Appears to be good quality
Ok so this is an expensive little pot of tar-like substance which comes out of the rocks in the mountains. Honestly it smells and tastes as you would expect from the description - it's not a sweet treat that's for sure. You only need a tiny amount per portion but even then it is pungent! I tried it in my coffee and it tastes... muddy. That being said, the reported health benefits are meant to be really good. It's too early for me to comment on any benefits, however there have been no side effects so far.If you're looking for a good quality shilajit then I'd be happy to recommend this product.

Mild taste
I've been taking KIKI Health Himalayan Shilajit for a few weeks now and I'm really impressed. I've noticed a boost in my energy levels and overall vitality. The resin is easy to use and has a mild taste. I'll definitely be continuing to use this product!

Vitalising Supplement for the Day
I'm no expert in health food or exotic Herbal Medicine but am always willing to try naturally sourced minerals and supplements that enhance immunity and vitality e.g. ginseng extracts, royal jelly etc.I was pleased to discover that this little jar of Himalayan Shilajit resin arrived with the lid tamper proof sealed. As the jar’s opening is quite small, I used the tip of a butter knife to scoop out (with some effort) a pea sized amount (~250 mg) of the resin which has a consistency/viscosity very similar to tar/asphalt and stir it in a cup of hot water with a bit of honey. While it looks like black coffee, it definitely has the earthy & root-like scent and does take a bit of getting used to.I’m not yet able to quantify the difference in energy level i.e. with or without taking this supplement, however I feel that I’m less mentally and physically exhausted. While it’s not like having my favourite cup of herbal tea, it does taste healthy!
