I have used a cupping set for over a decade. And my husband is a surfer so I always travel with a few sets just in case he gets sore. I have a plastic set and I always need to bring the pump too. I have to pack them carefully and I'm constantly worried that something would break. Well after many years, my sister broke my set after borrowing it. So I found this set and I can honestly say that I was skeptical about buying a silicone set which doesn't require a hand pump. But WOW! I grabbed a few and without reading any instructions I just put one on and did a little squeeze and could hardly believe that there was suction. I was able to move the cup up and down my neck with loosing suction. Then I decided to put a few on my thighs. Again, it gave it enough suction and I could not feel the difference from using these silicone one than my plastic hand pump ones. I was impressed. My husband was curios too so he asked for a few and tried it on his trapezius muscle and was highly surprised as well. I love that it comes with a carrying bag. And I am so happy that I can just literally throw them into my suitcase without having to worry about breaking them. They are so easy to wash, clean and dry. I'm really glad I got this set.

This suction cup set comes with many pieces for all your needs. It comes in a nice bag with string and a QR code that you can scan for a complete user guide. It was a great read, so definitely recommend reading it before use. The cups are made a good quality silicon which are easier to clean with light soap. It was easy to use,...just squeeze a little on top and place it where you need it. It has great suction. I used oil on my skin which made it easier to glide it along my skin. It is easy to remove it as well by slightly pressing it on the sides. Overall, a good relief for my hip and leg aches. Love it!

I use this for my cellulite (the back of my thighs/ hips), it feels good and gives a tightened feeling. It doesn't hurt at all- it feels like a cup thats suctioned to you and you move to get your blood flowing. I think products like these takes a while to show if its working of not but so far, im happy with how it makes me feel. I also use a body oil to help glide the cup. I suggest doing this right after a bath, when your skin is slightly damp.It comes with several cups and sizes, as well as, a carrying case.

I just recently got into personal massages and one thing I was missing was a nice cupping set. I'm glad I ordered this because the quality is amazing especially for the price! It comes it various shapes and sizes and even comes in its own neat mesh bag. The color is pretty as well, something about an ivory color gives me internal bliss. For massages I can't recommend this enough!

I have had cupping done before with glass but never silicone. I thought this would be a great set for me to perform cupping on myself and I have to say I'm pleased.
