These towels are great! By far the best price I have ever found on a dozen bleach proof salon towels. They, in my opinion, are the perfect size, weight, and softness. The reason that I am giving them 4 out of 5 stars is because upon the first wash and dry, 3 of the 24 towels that I recieved came apart at the hem, about one inch in length. I'm going to need to wash them a few more times to see how they hold up. If they do, I will definitely buy more.

Birthday gift for my sister during lockdown so she could do her own dye job!

Description clearly says bleach safe, but once coming into contact with bleach, its obviously not. When I returned the product for a refund, they said I could’t have a full refund because there were bleach stains on them! Seems unethical to falsely advertise something then refuse to give a full refund when the product does the opposite of what is said.

The towels I received are NOT the towels in the picture. There is no stripe and they’re much thinner than the towels pictured.

These felt good out of the package. Not as plush as my salon supply quality towels. However, with more frequent washing during the pandemic, I knew quantity was more important. I like the feel. They are absorbent and work well. HOWEVER, (see photos) after one wash, the ends started unraveling. There are a couple that look like they were in a fight in the washer and now have pulls that turned into knots. That stinks. These now have to be relegated to the cleaning towel pile.

Got the towels today. This is after washing. Haven’t used yet
