Good Product. Two Boxes.
I didn't like the experience of trying to contact this seller, but once I received the complete order, I liked the product; it's robust and clean. It’s quite tippy, so anchors to the wall are required. I used wire for mine because it doesn’t stand flat against a wall.

Hard to assemble.
Very difficult to put together. Things don’t line up and you need to screw in screws where there are no holes. Definitely need power tools. Very unstable standing MUST be anchored to the wall. Shoes jostle around in the cubbies. It IS nice looking and very heavy, I expect it to last.

In the end not totally satisfied but it will have to do.
Too difficult to assemble ourselves as seniors so had to pay $100 for handyman to assemble. Getting some reimbursement of cost from seller since return shipping was not offered helped in having to keep it and defer assembly cost. But now finding it only has one row of shoes per drawer where other styles can handle 2 rows with built in dividers I'm sorry we bought this again for that reason. Why didn't Isee that at the the time of ordering?? Some of my husbands athletic shoes are too large to close and open drawers easily even with the single open row so thats another disappointment and without a handle its somewhat awkward/noisy to open pushing on the bottom of mirror. Not recommended overall for the price etc. I really needed something for the foyer so settled for this as return shipping would have had to come through Amazon not the seller so we gave it a shot. Final analysis too much $$ for the design/ hassle sorry.

Good piece for small spaces, but installation instructions aren’t good
1. Don’t buy this unless you have a handy household member to assemble, because the installation instructions are terrible. They miss telling you to screw in eight parts and of course don’t tell you which screws to use. You can figure it out, but you definitely need somebody handy.2. Make sure you have a drill and a toolbox with different Phillips head options.3. This piece definitely needs to be anchored. I suggest you get your own drywall anchors, because the ones provided are insufficient. I opted to only anchor the top with a way heavier duty anchor than what was provided.4. The pieces don’t come together flawlessly, so expect to see at least one gap between the major pieces.Otherwise, the piece is a good design for a small spaces where you need extra shoe storage. It fits perfectly in my bathroom next to my main closet which doesn’t have enough shoe storage.

Shoe storage is perfect for my entrance off the garage. Its slender design doesn’t hinder traffic flow, men size13 fits perfectly inside. The mirror is a nice added bonus. Assembly was quick. I do suggest using the mounting brackets, for it’s a little light in weight without shoes. It arrived in perfect condition and on time

Stuck with it
I'm not sure about everyone else, but with each draw, the lines seem to make my body look wide and out of proportion. I don't like it, but I'm stuck with it and can't return it

Bueno para lo que yo quería es mi zapatera perfecta ,justo a la entrada no ocupa espacioy el espejo hace que todo se vea muy espacioso ,combina con mis muebles de IKEA que son del mismo color ,a mi me encantó ,sé que hay que estarlo limpiando cuando lo usas pero vale la pena ,es maravilloso .Amazon quedé muy complacida con mi compra.Gracias .
