I was hesitant to give these a try but the reviews were good and I love adding electrolyte packets to my bottle waters. I ordered the variety pack and really do love them. They’re not overly sweet and not super salty like some. They dissolve clear, which was fascinating to watch. I keep them with me and use whenever I know I need something extra. Perfect for baseball games or outdoor activities this summer!

Worth trying for hydration
Tried these for a week-long trip I took to Orlando, where I did amusement parks for four days straight, and I felt super hydrated and refreshed! All the flavors were good too.
