Update: Was able to bend fender supports to make fenders align over tires.Also was able to bend chain guard to fit properly. When assembling second trike we discovered 2 parts that were missing from from the first one. Customer service was excellent and parts are shipping. Also had some difficulties with brakes, technical support was also excellent. Arrived quickly and was very well packed. Instructions are lacking in critical areas and photos are not always clear, and have not been updated to match hardware includex in a bag instead of attached to bike parts as stated. Chain guard had to be bent to allow chain to move freely. Back fenders don't align over wheels, they will have to be bent as well. Haven't even started on the front fender yet. I hope it works once we get it all together.

I bought the e-trike, Price $699.99 I used a $45.00 dollar coupon, now the bike is $654.99, The bike was NOTHING BUT TROUBLE from the time I got it, I couldn't get the brakes to work so I paid a person to come look at it, they charged me $25.00 and still the brakes didn't work right, the control went out so I got ahold of the Company and had to mess around with them for about a week, so they reimbursed me the $25.00 out of pocket expense and sent a new control, now the bike is operable so I ride it and now it's squealing very load, I sent it back they said a full refund, They sent me $629.99, and won't pay the $25.00 they still owe me, YOU DO THE MATH, $699.99 - $45.00 = $654.99 - $629.99 = $25.00 They owe me $25.00 dollars but tell me they won't pay it.

This is a decent electric starter bike. Instruction are clear and installation easy. Took about two hours to put together but mainly adjusting the brakes precisely. Came in one box and nicely packed.

It don`i track right it is a junk. Not worth the money.
