These are very pretty pens and good quality. Just make sure the font looks big enough because I think there’s one or two that seem too small and then you might get it too small. Mine was perfect and for the price it’s excellent!

For the price, TECHNICALLY, I guess that I shouldn't have expected more, BUT...The lettering is so small that you can barely make out the names. As you can see by the picture, the size of the font is not comparable to the example text. I was very let down. I bought these pens as gifts, but I'm not really happy with them. There's no option to choose a larger font. Also, the example when you're customizing gives the illusion that the print will be larger. All-in-all, I wouldn't recommend these as a gift. Perhaps just buy them for yourself and you won't be as disappointed.

One pen did not work. Does not click in or out, does nothing. It was a gift. Very disappointed. No way to reach seller or return. States “this product is not eligible for return” ugh.
