Two sided acrylic tank with removable center divider. Cold water with blue food coloring is poured into one side and warm water with red food coloring is poured into the other side. The center divider is pulled straight up and out to allow the two colors of water to interact. Observe how the colder denser water settles on the bottom and the warmer water rests on top.
