I already make a daily protein/fiber smoothie so adding one of these packets everyday makes it very easy to remember and take. The science is also sound and verified unlike some other supplements that sell a more magical/wishful thinking view. The flavor is sweeter than I'd like but not ridiculously so and I wish I could just get a scoop out of a jar instead of throwing away a little packet everyday. Highly recommend!

I purchased this product because of the amount of potassium it contains, which has great health benefits.Although I like the flavor of strawberry, this strawberry is one of the worst ever tasted! It is sickly sweet and very false tasting – it does not taste like natural strawberries at all! Because of the cost, I drink one of the packets now and then, but unless they come out with some decent flavor, I will never buy this product again!

Im not diabetic and my fasting blood sugar is b/w 85-90. Since taking it, what blood sugar came to 95-110 or more. I don’t eat sweets, Im in low carb diet. I stop drinking it then my blood sugar back to normal amount. Last 2 weeks I start drinking it thinking its not the cause but this week it my blood sugar starts to raise again. I can’t return it so I wasted my money 😞The product said zero sugar but it has rebaudioside from sugar cane and also beetroot powder, these are sugar. This is the reason my blood sugar raised. Im on keto and never change diet 🤷‍♀️

I am a physician and I was looking for a quality potassium supplement. I like the quality, taste, and convenience of the individual packs. I will recommend it to my patients.

I somewhat like these because I was looking for a lower sodium electrolyte alternative and this works well for me. It's very convenient and easy, perfect for outdoor activities and just bringing it along on extra hot days. The only issue I take with these is that they are not the best tasting and come off very artificially sweet. If you've had sugar substitutes before, you can instantly pick up on that fake sweetener taste. I almost have to hold my nose and chug to get it down, I use less water than recommended to finish it faster. I do appreciate the potassium and magnesium in it, but I wouldn't get this again.
