I have never used or even knew vitamin patches were a thing so I was really intrigued to discover these wonderful little things.To be entirely honest I did not hold out much hope as I suffer very sever vitamin deficiency’s. Due to my health my body is unable to absorb any nutrition from food, I have malabsorption and need regular transfusions and injections to keep me well.I live on a liquid diet so I really have been so surprised by my reaction to these patches, they are marvellous I really have started to feel different.My hair is softer and my skin has cleared up no end, I always feel really drained and have no colour in my cheeks but these seem to have perked me up no end.It’s a small patch like those you get after a needle in the hospital. The patch can be put anywhere and is to be left on for no more than the stated time. You then remove & put on at what ever interval that’s suits you. My Gp suggested I use them every other day or I’d have no benefit however that’s just me. I would suggest to read the instructions and see what fits you best either weekly or monthly 😊For such a small price you get a lot of patches, 30 in total I think it is, but the benefit here is the patch will allow the vitamins to be absorbed directly into your blood stream through your skin.This company also sell different combinations too.I am going to continue to use them, now I have benefited so much and I would be more than happy to recommend them to anybody.It’s a great idea and you don’t need to take the big thick bulky tablets again 😊I hope this review helps.

Got tired of forever popping pills so thought to try patches and see how I get on. Tried on hip can't say I felt anything so tried it behind my ear and I won't lie I did feel something.Worth trying them in that place or where the skin is thinnest. Still early days and they claim it's a 7 month supply.Best not to use them consecutively as well apparently.

I have tried these several times, they are hard to keep on during a full day.Not the best.

These patches stick to your skin well enough. I have been using them for a week but havent seen any noticeable improvement, I will update after a month.

Instructions say you need to wear this for hours, but it's not possible as they don't stick well and the patch starts peeling off in about 10 minutes. I thought it is worth trying, but how can you feel any benefits if it doesn't even stay in place?

Feel so much better when using these. 1/5 for "easy to swallow" because they are patches!

I am personally using the Collagen version of these brilliant patches and have ordered the Biotin patches for my husband who is beginning to have condition problems with his hair which is also showing some signs of thinning.It's early days and too soon to be able to tell if the Biotin is helping with his hair but nothing will be lost as there is also an excellent array of other vitamins in here which includes Vitamin D3, the sunshine vitamin!We are both finding that the patches work very well, they are the simplest thing to use, just peel off and stick on to a clean, dry and hairless part of your body, they are really small too, just 3cm square so its easy to find a suitable spot to stick one.
