I've ordered these clip-ons twice now. They're the only ones I've found that don't hurt to wear. I make clip-on earrings - mostly for kids, so it's important to me that they're comfortable and stay in place. I like that these are adjustable so anyone can wear them. Plus they're easy to add charms to using small pliers. Having three colors in the package is nice, too.

These clips are the fourth one in (right to left) and I use them for multiple styles of earrings. I like the hinge back for ease of use and the screw back for the ability to adjust the tightness. They do tend to be on the tight side so I often use jewelry pliers to gently bend the clip so it doesn't fit as tight. Because the metal is such good quality, I am able to do this without issues while a lower quality metal would not allow me to make adjustments. I also recommend adding silicone pads for comfort. These clips accommodate them well.

So I have stupidly sensitive skin and am very prone to excessive scarring (keloids). I can’t pierce my ears because of it, but love earrings.Most clips begin to wear holes into my ears, some of which have scarred.These screw-backs are friggin amazing. Seriously. I’ve had no issue using jeweler’s pliers. I tend to buy fun earrings from Etsy and convert them with these. They stay on great, and I can adjust the tightness if they start to hurt.I can finally wear earrings all day without forming more scar tissue, which I love!

These are perfect - the combination of spring and screw make adjustments a breeze. I have a lot of non-pierced earrings in different types, but it's so easy to just adjust them a little if my ears start feeling a little pinched that these are now my go-to on ear pieces ... and I'm slowly converting the others when I get around to it!

I have changed so many pairs of cute earrings into clip on earrings so I can wear them. I love that they are adjustable and I can make them comfortable for myself.

Exactly what I needed to alter several pair of earrings. I really like getting these in a variety of colors, so often the bright white silver looks wrong against metal earrings so the subtle difference is appreciated. Screw back clip earrings are the only style I can tolerate wearing, and so incredibly difficult to find.Some tips- I find it's easiest to use some needle nose pliers to very gently slightly separate the loop that is below the half-bead on the front of the earring. Then use the pliers to either break off the piercing post, or separate the dangling part of the earring from the post, depending on the style. Hang the remaining earring on the loop, then use the needle nose pliers once more to squeeze it shut again. Move the loop slowly and carefully, as they will break off if you're rough or try to twist them too far, and then it's useless.These are not for altering small post earrings, but to transfer dangling earrings to a clip instead of a piercing.Pay attention to the angle the earring hangs at- because the loop attached to the clip is vertical, you may need to add or subtract a link of chain to the earring to have them dangle in the correct direction, depending on design.For myself, I'm delighted to find these in bulk at a reasonable price, and now I'm converting ALL the earrings!

This is an okay product for people who are into jewelry making, but haven't yet/don't want pierced ears. They're pretty easy to operate, and easy to adjust, as all you have to do is turn the screw until it stays on and doesn't hurt. Good for making dangly earrings, and they closely resemble what a non-clip-on would look like. I would recommend purchasing if you're looking for an cheap way to make earrings, and don't want to wear for too long. I wouldn't recommend if you want to wear for more than half an hour, as they aren't very comfortable to wear. There is no padding attached to the part that actually holds the earring onto your ears, and due to that, it will cause pain or discomfort once you've had them on for awhile. It does leave a red mark in the shape of the front of your ear, but it's nothing serious as it goes away after around 5 minutes. Overall, it's a cheap was to make some earrings, and you get what you pay for. Good if you're going for looks and not comfort.

These clip on fasteners are wonderful. I have super sensitive ear lobes and have tried numerous clip on fasteners and all other kinds hurt my ears and I can't wear them. With these, I can adjust the tightness and tighten/loosen as needed and am able to wear them all day long with absolutely no pain at all. I love these and highly recommend them for those with sensitive ear lobes.
