I feel the difference
I was thrilled to find a B vitamin complex from a reliable company that didn't have mega doses of the B vitamins. These are easy to swallow with no side effects. The price is reasonable. At first I didn't know if I was going to stay with them because I felt pretty juiced every morning after taking. That may be from not having had adequate B intake for a while, I don't know. Anyway, I adjusted and I do feel that I have positive sustained change to mood and energy.

Works for my diagnosed deficiency.
Vitamin B works well only when you take all of its forms together--hence the importance of a "complex." Has the USP notation which means that it has been tested by FDA to have the right ingredients. We need the FDA!

smaller than B-Complex capulets, and easier to swallow
I bought these for my husband who was having trouble the larger B-Complex pills by a different manufacturer. These gel tabs are smaller and go down easily.
