Outstanding Colombian Coffee
I have been going to Colombia for over 20 years and have tried hundreds of different coffees. This is one of the best varieties of Geisha I have ever tried. Almost like drinking a flavored tea.

One of my favorite Brands!
This is one of my favorite coffees! Quality, flavorful coffee. The medium and dark roasts are the best. Not a fan of the Geisha Honey in the green box though. It’s ok if you make it with double the amount of beans because it’s very light.

smooth, lacks depth
I can drink this and not add sugar. It's just a little "thin" for me, if that makes sense

Great Coffee with Traceability
I’m giving this coffee 5 stars because I’ve had the chance to see how coffee is grown in Colombia, and most people don’t realize how much hard work goes into every single bean. Colombian coffee is still hand-picked, and I love that this one shows exactly where it comes from and supports the farmers behind it.- The packaging is beautiful- The flavor is incredible — the honey process adds something really special, and the Gesha variety is just amazing- I love supporting small businesses that clearly put so much care into what they doThis is a really good coffee — it has body, fruity notes, and just feels like something made with love.Give it a try!

Take a very rare varietal coffee bean and ferment it anaerobically and this is what you get!
First, I will say this coffee is delicious and very fresh, which is refreshing because I've ordered beans on amazon in the past and they were always stale so I haven't done so in about 8 years but since this bean says they roast to order, I figured I'd give it a try.The main reason I was steadfast on trying this coffee is because it is my favorite cultivar, Geisha, and it's processed using the anaerobic fermentation technique, which is an extremely exotic and unique taste. Since the Geisha bean is a rather delicate but incredibly delicious and easy to identify, taste wise, because there is no other bean that tastes like it, I wasn't so sure that the fermenting process would be such a good choice for this bean because it can be overpowering. Surprisingly, the process compliments this particular Geisha bean quite well. The Geisha's flavor is in the forefront and the anaerobic flavors kick in towards the end so it's a bit of a layered flavor experience. Anaerobic fermentation gives a rather powerful kick to any coffee bean and, for some processes, it can be a bit too overwhelming, almost reminiscent of a pickle, which is off putting but this one is not like that at all. This has more of a sparkling wine with acidic fruit flavors along with the Geisha's fruity but creaminess. The Fermentation has taken the Geisha's herbal flavors which is fine with me because I don't care for Geisha coffee that has a strong herbal tea flavor. This is a "Must try" for you coffee enthusiasts and those of you who like to try something different and/or exotic.

NO POUR OVER NO GOOD COFFEE. COMMERCIAL COFFEE
Sorry for the review. But I'm a coffee connoisseur. I can honestly answer that this is ordinary good commerce, this is not farmer's coffee for pour over to discover all the notes of taste. This is a regular espresso.
