Love this. This is my day to day scope while working on an ambulance. Sound quality is clear, ear pieces are comfortable. Would highly recommend.

if youre going into nursing i would recommend this product. you can hear the heart and lungs and i kinda have hearing difficulties but i can clearly hear the patient's lungs, heart, and bowel sounds without issues.

I bought this to have an extra stethoscope but it’s performance is surprisingly amazing! It is next to the goodness of the high priced one that I already have! Highly recommend!

Good daily use stethoscope. There seems to be a bit of extra “background” noise though if you are not perfectly still when taking BP.

I've worn a "Littman" as long as I've been an RN. Recently, I found i needed to replace my 20+ year stethoscope and was surprised how expensive the Littman's were, but needed one with good, clear, acoustic. I read reviews on the MDF Acoustica Lightweight Stethoscope and was impressed, especially with the lifetime parts replacement. It came with 3 pair silicone ear earbuds, and 2 hygienic diaphragm covers (for infection control). Most important, the sound is amazing!! Better than my trusted Littman!! I’m a ER nurse and wanted something lightweight that could fit in my pants scrub pocket. I have a litman cardiology and it’s way too heavy. This one I could barely tell I was carrying it all day which is what I wanted, we don’t use stethoscopes as much as on the floor or icu. But I was surprised that I could actually hear as well as the litman 😳

I own another MDF stethoscope and love it - sturdy and efficient. However, the wear and tear on my old one was showing. Contemplated between MDF and Littman d/t cost. Bought this one and love the color. Love how lightweight it is. However, I'd say the sound is not as good. It's much harder to hear in comparison to my other MDF stethoscope. I just kept it because I needed one for work. May look into buying another one, preferably Littman lightweight.
