Definitely Worth it.
These supplements are easy to use as they are easy to swallow due to them being small and narrow in size. I had no side effects. My mood has definitely improved after taking these. I feel more energetic. They definitely work.

Meh... did not work to decrease appetite for me.
I bought this to replace another appetite suppressant supplement I had tried called caralluma fimbriata (made from a cactus that grows in India). I loooved the Caraluma... so effective for reducing appetite and cravings and very affordable! Unfortunately I had the rare side effect of it affecting my sleep so I had to stop. I don't feel this saffron helps to decrease appetite at all. I have tried different doses under different conditions but overall I feel like it does not work for that purpose. As far as help with eyesight and mood maybe it does help but that that is not what I bought it for and I can't really speak on that. I don't think I'll be purchasing this again.

Positive Effects
After a lot of research, I started taking this for serotonin level improvement. It has had a positive effect in balancing moods without negative side effects. I did have to increase to two a day, but it works great.

I have added this to my morning routine, and so far it’s going fairly well. No adverse side effects, easy to swallow, and very reasonable price. I am new to saffron, so I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect, but I’m pleasantly surprised and will continue to keep it in my routine.
