First cord stopped working within a week. Second cord is still kinda working. Not impressed!I raised this up to 4 stars because even though my first set both stopped working they replaced my product that was defected without me asking and only a company that cares about their products would make sure their customers are happy!

I'm very pleased with the quality of the chargers!! BUT one charges fast.... And one charges very slow.....EDITED REVIEW: Ok so I wrote my review up above and the seller send me another 2 chargers free of charge that worked the way they should! Thank-you!!!!! Obviously they care about customer service!! That is important!!

Original Review: They are okay I guess, nicely braided cables, seem strong. I just tried charging my phone though and I got the message "slow charging, please use original charger"Update:The seller contacted me, and sent me new ones. The new ones work now, so I probably got duds the first time.Edit again: The new ones are still working really well about 6 months later. Great buy!!!

After my Samsung charger stopped working - coincidentally after the software update, I got the complete run around from Samsung and Verizon regarding a replacement charger. After dealing with them and all the frustration I decided to just order these cables. I did order a USB power outlet as well. Charges faster than original charger. No complaintsUpdate - Dec 2018 still working great

My charging cord that originally came with my phone was acting up andI needed a replacement really quick. Tested out both and they work beautifully!!! And the color matches with my phone!! Yay!!! 😍😍😍 I also love the fact that it's longer than my old cord. Would recommend to anyone looking for a Type - C charging cable! You won't regret it!!!

I initially started to love these cords. I'd purchased cords like this before but for whatever reason once these cords are bent, they stop working properly. I will not purchase anymore.....*After the company resent new cords*I really appreciate the customer service team for responding and ensuring I received a new set of cords. As I've said before I love these types of phone charging utensils. They are durable and honestly have super cute colors.I like them.

I love the color and quality of the cord. It matches my S9 plus perfectly. They came nicely packaged and the cords appear super durable and are longer than the OEM cord that came with the phone. One cord charges quickly and works like a dream, the other cord is crappy. Not sure if I received a faulty product, but I reached out to the seller on October 24th via email and received no response. My return window closed yesterday, so I'm a little upset that my request for a replacement was met with silence. Anyway, I deducted 2 stars due to customer service (or lack thereof). Buy at your own risk, hopefully you'll get at least one cord that works.UPDATE: The seller sent me a replacement unexpectedly (received today) and both cords work beautifully!!! I've updated my review to 5 stars due to receiving exactly what I ordered originally. I am one happy lady!!
