Amazing. I had no idea this was such a fantastic source of B-12! I knew about the iodine, but the B12 is a happy surprise.Tastes delicious, simple ingredients, sodium level is mild, and healthy.Sure it’s messy and you’ll find flakes in your teeth and all over, but it’s worth it.

These are great and handy for kids or if you need a little extra iodine for your thyroid! I'm not a 'seaweed person's but I like these!
