Over all good product
I recently purchased the Hitachi AC, and overall, I'm satisfied with its performance. The cooling is as expected, and the product quality is good. However, I encountered an issue - I ordered Model RAS.G322PCBISS, but received Model RAS.D322PCBIBS instead. Although the specifications are largely similar, it was inconvenient. I hope the supplier improves delivery accuracy. Despite this, the AC works well, and I'd recommend it to others.

Good product satisfactory service
Good product and service. The installation team did not contact on their own. Needed to make an appointment through Hitachi. Amazon needs to address that as it caused a 4 day delay.

Good product, poor service
This is a really good AC, it deserves 5/5 stars.But reason for 2/5 - InstallationThey are charging for installation as if they are installing alien technology, the cost of per feet copper pipe is premium than market, bracket also is costly, in case you bring your own outdoor unit bracket, they charge 250rs above their installation fee as fitting charges.I request Amazon to come up with some sort of installation too which will help users like me
