This iron works well as my craft iron. Gets hot quickly and easy to use. I am happy with this purchase.

Worked well at first but when used in locations with hard water this seemed to clog / have residue more than my former one.

Every time I try to steam water runs out of the holes on the bottom- 😩 UGH. Still waiting to hear back from the seller or manufacturer. Sent notice of the problem with all details requested, I.e. model number etc and they finally sent an email that said they didn’t have enough info. I responded asking what else they needed and have not heard back. I expected more from Sunbeam and from Amazon. Yes I contacted them after the cutoff time but I trusted that the iron would work and didn’t try it out until I needed to iron something. I don’t want a refund I just want an iron that will steam properly without water running all over my clothes. I don’t think that is too much to ask.
