This is a great television for me. I have a light filled living room so needed something that would work well in high light. The picture is clear and crisp in the height of the day. The sound is excellent in an open concept living/dining/kitchen with vaulted ceilings. I will not be needing a sound bar. I did not use the flush mount frame because I needed the tilt down (it is mounted above a very high fireplace) and to be able to swing it in the direction of the kitchen. The remote is very intuitive but is slim and slippery so that now has a much needed silicone sleeve. Samsung makes it super easy to set up. Connected to my WiFi immediately. I love this purchase!

I love this TV! The Matt finish is perfect for a bright room because there is no reflection. I ordered the wooden frame and displayed it with art around it. Looks great works well.

Samsung Hijacked My TVThis TV looks amazing on the wall, sleek, modern, impressive display. But the second you turn it on, it becomes a total nightmare.Let’s start with the most maddening part: Samsung TV Plus. It force-launches constantly. I’ve turned off every setting you can imagine: Autorun Smart Hub, Last App, Samsung TV Plus, Ambient Mode… all OFF. I even deleted every channel. Doesn’t matter. Every time I go into settings, just to adjust something simple, it blasts Samsung’s “Live TV” content at me. Usually it’s something I’d never watch (Fox News or country music, in my case), and there’s no way to make it stop.It’s like Samsung designed this TV to be their advertising platform first, and your personal entertainment system second.And then there’s the art problem. This model clearly has some kind of Art or Ambient Mode, because it keeps showing a random Superman artwork I never asked for. But guess what? You can’t change it without signing up for a paid Samsung Art Store membership. I didn’t buy this TV to be forced into a subscription just to stop it from showing content I don’t want on my own screen. Even uploading your own images is a convoluted mess that requires using a separate app on your phone and syncing it via SmartThings.So to recap:✅ Great picture❌ Total loss of control❌ Constant forced ads and unwanted content❌ Can’t even change the art without jumping through hoops or paying extraUnless you love battling your own TV and being bombarded with content you didn’t choose, do not buy this model. I’ve wasted way too much time trying to wrestle control back from a device that should have just… let me watch what I want.

I never liked the tv-over-the-mantel look so this was the big compromise between my husband and I - he gets a new tv and I get artwork when we’re not watching. Pictures do not do it justice! The artwork has no glare, and there’s a huge selection in the Samsung art store that I constantly have on rotation. The tv of course looks great - very flat, lightweight. The only hiccup was setting everything up through the remote and the phone app - took us a little bit but we figured it out. Be aware that you must purchase a frame for the tv separately and that will add up. Would I buy it again? Yes! Everyone loves it when they see it and are surprised when they learn it’s a tv.

We've had it up for a couple of months now. Every day, multiple times a day, even 5 minutes apart, I get a notice on the screen to optimize it. I love being able to upload whatever photo I want. I'm not paying for a subscription after paying for the ability to put artwork on it in the first place. Otherwise it's a giant black box in the middle of my very light and muted living room! Hubby wanted a bigger TV that is nearly the width of the fireplace, I didn't want a giant imposing black wall. Here we are. Hanging it was awkward and scary to get it so high because it's so big, but with the help of our daughter, we got it. You need at least 1 really strong person and two others on the job. Or two really strong, fit people to hang it high or 4 regular people. I think it had more to do with the height we put it at above the fireplace. It's probably fine in a more normal space, but here it was scary!My other "complaint" is that the cost of the "frames" is ridiculous and the fact that you can't get even one option included. If you look at the picture that's advertised, it has one on it and I guess I didn't read well enough and foolishly expected that to be included. To my surprise, no, that's another $400+!All in all, the picture and sound are good. The remote control is simple to use, somewhat similar to an apple TV remote, though it doesn't control the apple, so I still have to use both for certain apps, but that could be a user error and I haven't had time to really study it.

Exactly what I was wanting for the TV in our living room. Excellent quality, incredible aesthetic. The TV wall is directly across from 2 large windows and the Frame is completely glare proof… the transition was game changer. We love choosing artwork and changing it based on the season. Now everyone in my life wants a Frame TV!
