How durable? Can it hold up over time?

I needed to replace my go to check-in luggage after it was irretrievably damaged at one of the top corners (suspected a <6'+ drop).  In the end my best two choices was either this model or the Always travel luggage brand with their lifetime warranty.  I chose this model because 1) of the price and 2) as a frequent flier, the availability of the Always luggage should it need to be returned for repairs or replacement.  
Upon receipt, I was glad to see the sturdiness of the Coolife's construction.  The upper four corners were protected by metal end caps and the lips of each hemispheric edge opening were lined by a  reinforcing aluminum border.  The roller wheels and the extendable pull handle was of quality construction and seemed durable, not flimsy.  The built-in TSA accepted lock is an added bonus.  Note: as stated in its reviews, the body of the luggage is made of plastic, not aluminum.
I have flown on six round trips since the purchase, despite Covid-19, and all is still well.  My vast traveling experiences has taught me that the life expectancy of luggage depends on the "luck of the draw", an "el cheapo" bag from Walmart can last a lifetime...provided it is at the right place at the right time.  My previous luggage was not...cest la vie!  I recommend this bag and good luck.
