Can be used hot or cold
These are very soft , I suffer dry skin badly due to allergies and my skin is so sensitive on my face but these are so soft they don't hurt my skin , they are very comfortable for cold therapy , I chuck mine in the freezer for a few minutes my skin hasn't felt as bad for last couple of days.Would I buy them again yes I would.

Not as advertised, doesn’t have the ear loops. Which is a shame because they’re really soft and would be great but can’t use it without the ear loops

Would recommend washing it first because weird whit liquid came out of it as I was steaming it but not bad
