Worst product and seller
I have purchased this TYPE XCMRD battery for my dell laptop inspiron3521 from seller lapcare , Charge is not holding, it drains out fast. Worst product and I can't return it also, only option available is to replace with same product

Receding backup
After 8 months of use, the battery backup now lasts only 15 minutes.

A Battery that does not work
This battery does not retain the charge even for a few hours even after it was fully charged. This happens even when the laptop was not in use. I checked it a number of times.I am sorry you sold me a useless battery!!!I would certainly appreciate a refund instead of a replacement battery of the same kind .Thank you.
