This burner for my Samsung range perfectly. It was easy to install and it performs every time I use it. The quality and Value are next level.

The replacement coil works perfectly and even faster than the ones in the stove before now.The ceramic insulator cracked while trying to put the burner into the stove. The ceramic ought to have been made of a quality material.

The seller was great and provided great support throughout the process. Sadly, the problem in my LG range turned out to be the control panel, which costs about half the price of a new range, so I'm more likely to replace the range when something else goes bad. I can live with the burners that are working for awhile. The replacement heating coil was excellent quality and did a fine job replacing the old one.

This was a bad idea. The directions were horrible. What they said would not work.i got going but next time I will not order a part the is not OEM.

Works perfectly however it’s not OEM so say attention to the wiring, it connects different than the original. There’s a chart in the picture “Common reasons for not working “ that shows the connection changes.

Phew! Long story short. We purchased our home in 2018. Appliances as well. All brand new. Our range stove suddenly stopped working. It was only warming up the outer(outer) rims. I couldn’t cook at all. My idea was to get a new stove but was hesitant because this one still had some years left (it was quite expensive then) I started searching for parts. I was recommended the OEM part from Samsung.com it was over $289. Found this one on amazon for less than $80. It took one day to arrive. I started to switch my parts and thankfully my husband came to finish the job. Please have in mind it’s easy you just have to plan the switch before installing. Also, there are clamps as you will see in picture which you can use to hold part in place. Overall my experience has been amazing. I am once again COOKING on my fast burner.Thank you! 🙇‍♀️

The element was easy to install and fit as expected. It seems to heat a little hotter than the original.

Clay quality is bit poor but other than that everything works great . Highly recommend it . Price wise its genuine . Mail delivery was delayed poor take almost 2 weeks .

Product is an exact fit in form and function. I replace my 15 years old LG LRE3091SW dual element with this product.Product arrived on time, well designed and protected packaging. Measure exactly like my old unit. Replaced in 20 minutes because I am being slow and careful. First test the element did not heat up, Double check connections, everything was correct. Sent email to Customer Service. Received response within a few hours with a recommendation of what to do. Since LG had replace their old element with a new one connection is different now. Change the connection of two wires and everything thing works perfect. The elements is 10% higher in wattage than the old one. Had use it for a week already, everything thing is still normal. I strongly recommend this product due to excellent customer service and product quality.
