DON'T BUY THESE BATTERIES!!! THEY ARE A SCAM!!!
Absolutely a scam. They are rated for 2800mAh, but after draining them in a emergency radio & flashlight to a low battery indication and a remaining voltage of 3.2V then charging them on a Dottmon smart charger, they only charged to 200mAh of 4.2V.

Batteries that work
The batteries arrived almost fully charged and last longer than previous batteries I've purchased with only 1 that is difficult to fully charge the charger continually marks it as charged when it is not making it take a lot of attention to get it fully charged other than that great batteries

Disappointing
The batteries do not sit well in the charger unless precisely placed and do not have a good " pocket " for placement so may not charge correctly. Disappointing...
