The product stopped working after couple of months. When try to find service center i found near by at Panvel when contacted no one was picking call. when personally visited found that it was closed 6 months back but still showing on website. went to Vashi service center and submitted for replacement. Even after 18 days if product submitted no updates from company or service center despite several calls and emails. After twitting on there twiter handle i got call and informed that replacement product is available at service center. when went to service center the product color was different then the submitted. the color which was provided is very dull and available at lower rate on amazon that time. Same was communicated to service executives but there response is not acceptable. I request not to buy there product due to third class customer service from there end.

purchased this Bluetooth headset some time ago, and I am still thoroughly impressed with its performance!The microphone quality remains outstanding, ensuring that my voice is always clear during calls, whether they are work-related or social.

Neckband have average quality of sound.It is fine for average and indoor use. Volume buttons (+/-) scale calibration should be improved.

Firstly, i would say that these neckband has a very good battery life I'm impressed, i used them for almost 7.5 hrs without turning them off with dual pairing on and they just droped to 70% out of 100%.Secondly, audio is good but the wires are little short which is manageable and mics work perfectly fine but please keep in mind that these are just under ₹ 700/- so don't expect ₹ 2000/- features in them. But it can competes with all the neckbands available under ₹ 1000/- .Thirdly, these comes with bt v5.3 so paring is super fast and the range is quite good You can leave your phone in the room and walk around wearing these without any interruption.**And finally I would like to say that, that this neckband is worth every penny***My rantings out of 5 forCONNECTIVITY - 5/5AUDIO - 4.5/5MIC - 4/5BATTERY - 5/5BUILT QUALITY - 5/5don't think too much just go for it if your budget is tight and it's under ₹ 1000/-

You get more then what you pay.Pros and cons... Going with the cons first.1. Too much semblance at higher volume. Eq won't help either. You have to decrease the volume. There is no way you can enjoy the music at high volume.Pros-Drop volume 3 points, it will still be loud. Now everything will be perfect. Good for multimedia consumption. Clear and crisp sound. Never faced any problem with the mic.I am neckband lover for good sound and battery for the money. Never faced issue with the fit. Dual pairing supported. No issue if you want to pair with two devices. Auto pairs after the initial setup.
