This Bedsore pillow is an excellent purchase! It's adjustable and fluffy, yet firm enough for various sleeping positions. I also gifted one to my relative who has sleeping issues and she loved it too! I recommend this pillow also for use behind the back when needing support. Great pillow and well priced.

First let me say I am a bit of a pillow connoisseur. I have close to 15 pillows ranging in price from 20.00-250.00. I often struggle with finding the right "fit" for a pillow because of my weight and the fact that I move so much at night. I am constantly shifting from side sleeping, to back sleeping, to the occasional stomach sleep. Lets be clear, this pillow can accomodate ALL of that. If you are a side sleeper you might elect to keep all of the amazing cloud-like layers in the pillow. If you are a back sleeper or stomach sleeper you can easily take more out. The point is, it's up to you and you have options. I love options! This has been my go-to pillow for months and has easily taken the lead over my 250.00 posturpedic pillow which doesn't breathe well. I have no problem with "head sweats" with this pillow and stay fairly cool all night. Love it! Take the plunge and you will too!

I need to sleep with my head fairly high, due to sinus troubles, so I love this pillow, which is really three pillows in one! I unzipped it and took out the two thinner ones that are snapped together and put them in one pillowcase, then put the fluffier, bigger pillow into another pillowcase. Now I have a fluffy base pillow with a very soft top pillow near my face that I can adjust (one side is softer than the other) just be turning it over. Best pillow setup I have ever had!

This pillow has actually been life changing for me!! As a side sleeper with shoulder and neck issues, I have been searching for the perfect pillow for years. Most pillows were too thin or too thick and aggravated my chronic neck and shoulder pain. I would wake-up throughout the night to readjust my pillow. When I would happen to find a pillow with the ideal thickness, it would compress within a few months and no longer provide the comfort or support I needed.The Bedsure adjustable pillow has solved the multiple pillow challenges I was experiencing. I can adjust the fill to my preferred level of pillow thickness/height, softness and support. The two inserts (one soft and one firm) that are easy to remove and replace are genius!! When my pillow is starting to compress, I just toss the inserts and pillow into my dryer for 20 minutes on fluff and my pillow returns to its original loft. I also appreciate that I can launder my pillow if needed. Lastly, I appreciate the OEKO-TEX certification as I'm also sensitive to chemicals and allergic to latex, and can't use pillows made of memory foam or latex. My Bedsure pillow hasn't triggered my allergies or produced any noxious odors.I'm now sleeping straight through the night without waking up to adjust my pillow, and I'm finally feeling well rested and pain free.

I can’t even begin to count the number of pillows I have bought and returned in the past two years. Ergonomics, other types that stated was good for back n side sleepers n would alleviate neck n shoulder pain. So many disappointments. Then I saw Bedsure adjustable pillow. I have always been pleased with other Bedsure products so I thought I would try it. SO HAPPY l did. From the first night I have been more than pleased. At this time I even have not had to adjust the layers of the pillow. Im almost afraid to post this recommendation that I might jink it. Such a reasonable price n the pillow is terrific. Love this pillow, thank you Bedsure!!! No pain, no headaches!

The premise of this pillow is interesting, that you get essentially 6 pillow options by choosing the configuration of the inserts. I took it apart into its 3 sections, the flat thin one, the thicker medium sized one, and the thick outer one. I only tried each section briefly so I can't really say how comfortable they are separately for regular use. I bought it to use as one thick pillow with all 3 sections together.It's very firm this way. I had trouble getting the 2 thinner inserts back into the thickest pillow. It's significantly thicker than a king sized pillow -- I made a custom pillowcase for it.It did what I wanted it for, a firm backrest. It hasn't compacted or shifted in the year I've had it, so I'm happy with it.

I had to come amend my review from 5 to 1. It is Super comfy at first. Then it fell apart in the middle. The pics attached shows how much the fabric separated. One shows how it lays and the second gives a different view. The light behind it shows a different view. Where you can see the light, there is no fabric.

Could not find a pillow to fit my mattress. We need a new mattress, honestly, but can't afford it yet, so I had to find a pillow. Tried three others before this one and I love the adjustability and how the filling holds its shape. It does compress a little bit, but more more in the way that the filling will push out and leave a little indentation in where my head is. No big deal to fluff it back to neutral. I haven't had to fluff it in the dryer like I did my MyPillow, so that's a huge win.It's super easy to add or remove the layers. I chose the variation with the medium fluff but not the soft. My husband uses that one as a second pillow. It worked out so perfectly! And it's all cotton! 10/10 recommend.
