This bike is great quality easy to ride, has a great braking system, massive power and is an overall great value for your money! Bought this bike. Thought it was pretty cool at first. Owned for 3 months before it stopped working. Hope it works out for you. As for me I will not be buying this brand of bike again.

I have 1300 miles on mine and have had it for a year... I really couldn't have asked for more from an e-bike at this price (and they're actually cheaper now). Yeah, I totally recommend these. The only problems I've had with it are:-The seat is a total pain to get situated: forward/backward tilt and up/down movement of the seat has to be tightened REALLY hard before it stays in place.-The throttle out of the box didn't work but they immediately sent me a new one.-The tires are pretty cheap and will pop after about 300 miles.-and currently the pedal sensor keeps crapping in and out. But I think I just need to blow some compressed air in there.All in all, I love it. Battery life leaves a little to be desired, but honestly that's it.

I’ve put 100 miles on it so far. At a height of 61 and 300 lbs it’s goes 20 mph for until the battery gets to about half. I can get 10 miles out of it, with a long up hill climb, until the battery is near drained. It ride smooth and comfortable even at mysize. I’ve had to tinker with a few things: front brake line placement; brake disc alignment; brake tension and headset tension. If your looking for a budget friendly ebike for commuting this thing is perfect. I would not get this bike for downhill or jumping.

I received this bike within a week of ordering. It was fairly easy to assemble. The only thing that was faulty was actually the battery which I had raised with the seller. The seller was very prompt and responded well. Given that the price of the product was very good, I believe they had an excellent demand and they were trying to keep up with the demand. They asked me to wait while they provide me shipping information for both returning the faulty battery and also the replacement. The replacement arrived a day earlier than expected and fit right in. Highly recommend buying this item. Even if some of them might seem a bit finicky, it is good to note that they can be replaced easily.

This bike from this company are not telling the true information about the bike features, we bought this bike and has broken down in 4 miles , it turned out that the battery are trashy and losses power while the battery showing III bars of battery life and the bike stops electrically in less than 4 miles only ! However, we had to dispo the bike and bought another one after more than 20 days of keep calling Amazon 3 to 4 times daily for about 20 days , then some nice and respectful supervisor name Cyrine accepted to refund a money back but limited to Amazon gift card account not to the original payment which still not very very helpful because once the we don't have the actual money which we paid from then we only have been left to buy strictly only from Amazon , however, unfortunately Amazon sometimes the deal with a very bad 3rd party seller which they either not answering or they take long time to answer and once they answer they come up with not real solutions.

Supposed to go 20 miles on a full charge, however after about 3 the motor stops working despite battery showing full charge. Doesn't handle even slight uphills very well, and the odometer adds about 3 miles or more for every 1 traveled
