'The Jetsons Meet The Flintstones.' Blu Ray.
The Warner Archive Collection's 'The Jetsons Meet The Flintstones.' blu ray is everything I hoped it would be.This great little animated movie, which, as the title suggests, features the Jetsons characters a little more than the Flintstones characters (although the latter are certainly not under-served) looks and sounds great on blu ray. Although one would expect nothing less than great video and audio from a Warner Archive Collection blu ray!As a bonus, this blu ray includes a quite interesting 9 minute long featurette that has interviews with some of the cast, and other BTS people. There's not much else that's worth saying except that if you love this movie and you have it on DVD, then there's every reason to upgrade to this blu ray.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

the ultimate get together
i remember when TBS/TNT used to air this cartoon every Thanksgiving. i always loved it because it combined two opposite families and it provided the ultimate get together. imagine The Jetsons meeting the Flintstones...it was a logical step. in the story we see Elroy (voice of legend Daws Butler) building a time machine that transports the entire clan to Bedrock. chaos soon ensues as the Flintstones get transported into the future. Fred and George become "celebrities" with their appearances: Cosmo Spacely, George's boss, (voice of legend Mel Blanc) wants to make a killing with nostalgia buffs with authentic people from the stone-age with the leopard suits and fashion. meanwhile, "a million miles back that way" as Fred would say, the Jetsons are impressing the folks of Bedrock with their space age methods prompting Mr. Slate, Fred's boss (voice of legend John Stephenson), to hire George for his time and money saving ideas. soon, boredom sets in and both sets of families yearn for their natural habitat and each family returns to their respective residence. other voice legends who also share the spotlight: Henry Corden is Fred; Jean Vanderpyl is Wilma, Mrs. Slate, and the Jetson's robotic maide Rosie. Don Messick is Astro and R.U.D.I. as well as an announcer on the P.A. system {p.s: Don's real voice was used for Ranger Smith of "Yogi Bear" as well as countless narration jobs on early Hanna-Barbera cartoons mostly notably "Ruff and Ready" and "Quick Draw McGraw"}. Mel Blanc, in addition to Mr. Spacely, also voiced Dino and Barney Rubble. Daws Butler, in addition to Elroy, also voiced Henry Orbit, the mechanic in the Jetson's apartment as well as Cogswell, the competitor of Mr. Spacely. this video is wonderful and it should bring back memories of the "good ol' days" of simple characters and simplistic stories designed for adult entertainment as well as for children.

Very excellent quality!
I received this today on the day it was released. It’s the first time it was released on Blu-ray. And if you want to watch this movie on top quality, I’d suggest to buy the Blu-ray! I’ve owned this before on the 5 Flintstone movie set from 2020 and that version was very compressed. I’m glad I finally own a pristine version of this film. Highly recommend for animation fans and collectors!

Finally on Blu-ray - The Jetsons Meet The Flintstones
The media could not be loaded. After many years of waiting, The Jetsons Meet The Flintstones is finally on blu-ray. Despite no special features, the HD restoration is pretty good and the story is still fun to watch. Absolutely love all these characters. 4 stars because movie is not full screen and there is no scene selection option in the blu-ray

If you are a Hanna-Barbera fan!
This blu-ray dvd of The Jetsons Meets The Flintstones is a movie the whole family can watch. Sure it is a cartoon from the 1990s, but parents can watch it with their children without having to explain anything in this movie. And in cartoons, nobody dies.
