EWS Arion SCH-Z Mod (Chorus/Vibe)

Love this pedal.I usually dont like chorus pedals,because i find them too harsh and too overwhelming.This pedal can be subtle or harsh if you want it to be.Love the sound of it,and the range of tone you can get out of it.It has two modes-chorus and vibe. the chorus is great,the vibe is just not for me.The negative points about it are that the pedal is quite expensive.Especially considering the build quality. i had nothing break,but when you use it,it feels cheap.The knobs feel flimsy and the plastic build dosent inspire confidence in it holding rough treatment if you tour.I had it for quite some time and it still works great,i mainly use it at home.

I was really looking forward to getting this pedal, plugged it in and turned it on and was loving the tone I was getting from it in the chorus mode, but everything changed when I went to try the vibe mode, immedietly this weird pulsing sound start coming out of my speaker, the pulsing seemed to be connected to the rate and depth knob, when I would turn up the rate the pulsing sound would get faster the only thing that would make the sound go away is turning the depth knob almost all the way down, so I will be exchanging my pedal for another one when they become available, will update my review when i receive my new pedal but for now 3 stars is what I’m giving this pedal

This pedal is awesome. I saw the review of it on YouTube. I tested it against 2 other respectable chorus pedal and went with this one. I play it through a fender deluxe reverb amp and it sounds amazing. This is perfect for "Purple Rain" too. R.I.P. Prince.

I purchased this based on a popular Youtube reviewer's opinion, and I'm happy to say that it is a keeper! I usually don't buy without being able to test out in person, but no local stores carry these in stock. I'm glad I took a chance and ordered this one.
