Attention to detail was clear in the construction of bow
Wow! This bow was amazing, was hitting cans at 25 yards in an hour, having never fired a bow in my life. Powerful clean finish, nothing felt cheap like i thought it might have, 70 lbs is no joke but adjusts very easily. After comparing to more expensive bows in the 500+ range I still felt this one was of higher quality. Came with wrist wrap, peep sight, quiver, sick reticle with a night illumination feature, stabilizer, nook and everything was perfectly installed. This thing kicked butt, I hit a rabbit within hours at 15 yards of firing it, I got a friend to buy one just like it immediatly after seeing and firing mine.I thought i was buying a cheap starter bow but with the Ready to hunt package this thing was deadly. You do have to tune the pin sights, draw length and weight , it even comes with 1/2 inch adjustmentsbon length which is amaxing to find in a bow for this price. The components in the RTH are worth over 100 alone if priced at local Sportsmans,This is one of the bestproducts ive ever bought on Amazon and a big risk as i had never shot a bow before. I was beyond happy with this. Ive shot it everyday since purchase and i been drilling targets at 50+ yards effortlessly.

Great bow
Just buy it if you are undecided. I finally did and I'm grateful for the wife pushing me to get it. It's lighter than most. It's fast. Added some dampeners to it and it is as quiet an my older heavier Hoyt bow. Adjustment is tricky at first, but I watched a video on YouTube and that helped with the cams adjustments. Just pull the trigger and get one.

Man I loved this bow but now
So i haven’t had long and I loved this bow felt great draw and everything felt just smooth but a few months later went to have a rest fixed and the technician spotted two issues with my bow missing limb pivot and the bow was warped at riserHe asked how long I said only a few months and shot maybe 10x about 20 arrows at a time he said that this is a issue from factory that this isn’t the 1st one he’s seen with factory malfunctions they produce these i high end and push them out the door please check your bow over greatly when u receive it and the more u draw it back the more it gets bent over time. How I missed it,my son and technician the 2 other times he put a d loop on and eye peep is crazy but he caught it todayGreat bow for target and hunting draw feels great and smooth plenty of fps great mid range bowBut needed a bow for challenge tournament this next weekend so Went and bought a Hoyt Charger

Great bow
Works amazingly but I wish I would have looked at the measurements better as it is a bit smaller then I anticipated, but that is my fault not the manufacturer so it is an amazing bow and I'm enjoying it very much. Will eventually buy myself a bigger one and give this one to my niece who want to shoot eventually.

Extremely impressed and haven't even shot it yet!
First off, let me say I know next to nothing about archery. Last time I even shot a bow was in middle school some 35+ years ago. I'm a lifelong rifle hunter & wanted to get started in bow hunting this year.My buddy brought over his older Matthews bow & let me take a couple shots ... his bow is set to way too long of draw length for me, and way too heavy draw weight. Not to mention his bow is super heavy, and there's no way to adjust anything on it without bringing it into a dealer or replace parts, etc. I started thinking maybe this sport isn't for me, too many factors, I don't have an archery shop anywhere within 50mi from me, etc. etc.So I started looking around on Amazon, came across Bear Archery bows, and did some research. The fully adjustable draw length & draw weight interested me the most... but then I thought maybe it's just a gimmicky type thing 'cuz I'm sure my buddy spend hundreds just having his bow tuned for him. I didn't want to spend much (<$500) ... Figured what the heck I'll try this thing, and if it turns out to be a toy, well, it'll just be a toy for the kids to use plinking around or what not.Pulled the trigger on the Cruzer G2, and I can tell you this is certainly no toy! I told my other friend I bought a bow online from Amazon after reading some reviews. He's like, cool, what brand did you get? I said it's a Bear Archery one. He says, OH, you got a BEAR??? Dude whatever you got it'll be great, those are like the best bows made! I said really? Cool! Can't wait to get it and check it out.Received package today, spent about an hour reading the instructions, adjusted to what I think my draw length should be (27.5") ... they included different cams for 1" and 1/2" adjustments. The adjustable feature alone has me totally confident I'll be able to dial in this bow to my zone. *Only thing is they included an allen wrench for the draw weight adjustment, but not one for the draw length / cams. No biggy I have a ton of them, but would've been nice to have it right there in the package too.I haven't even shot it yet, but I can say I was totally impressed with the packaging, the included accessories, the quality control sheets, etc. etc. Rare to see anymore nowadays so kudos to Bear Archery for that alone. Even got a free ball cap in the package... pretty impressive! I'm confident this will be a great bow for me as a beginner! I can adjust it right here at home, ... for me, my girlfriend, my nephew, etc. who I want to get into the sport as well. I can see a lot of fun coming getting into this sport! Will update my review after I've actually shot it and practiced with it, but honestly after looking at the specs of my buddy's Matthews bow at like twice the weight and size of this bow ... I'm sure I'll be able to keep up with him and have just as much fun without lugging around a monster heavy bow. Totally confident this bow will be great for target practicing as well as taking deer or other big game.Only thing I ordered aside from the bow was a trigger release and some broadheads. Going to try my buddy's arrows for now and then dial in what arrow length, weight, etc. works best for me, then order a case for it.Overall, just wow'd by the whole package already! 5-stars for that alone. I imagine 6-stars when I get my first deer with it! :)

Open box means broken?
We bought this bow from Amazon.com Services. I understand this to be a branch that resells returned, but good condition, products. The price was cheaper, of course, but not cheap enough to buy something that essentially is useless for its purpose. When drawing this bow, the upper cam area clicks extremely loudly, so it can't function as a hunting bow unless one has a line on some deaf game. The string stop is also not fixed in place and shows damage. We understand that whoever repackaged products probably doesn't test them out, but it seems like this was returned because it was broken, not because the previous buyer just didn't want it. So now I'm looking at returning this bow after the holiday. I'd love to hear feedback from Amazon.com Services or from Bear on how to avoid this issue in the future.
