Smooth, waterproof but not smearproof
This eyeliner is creamy and goes on smoothly. There is a short window of time where it can be smeared by accident or for a more smokey look. It is waterproof but will fade if you rub it. I like the dual sides which gives more or less fine lining.

Smudges beautifully and barely budges once set
This is one of the better smudging eyeliners I own. It goes on quickly and easily, even though I struggle to apply my eyeliner. The two sides apply with the same consistency of texture and color but are different enough in thickness to be noticeable and allow for different looks. The color can also be left dark as it’s applied or smudged down to shades of grays and blacks.I’ve found that this eyeliner will continue to smudge directly after I apply it for about ten minutes, which gives me plenty of time to get it how I want it, but that also means I have to remember not to touch it until it’s set. Once it is, however, I have to either rub it hard or use waterproof eye makeup remover to remove it.I only had one complaint about this duo eyeliner: it doesn’t come with a smudge tool. I own two—a slim eyeliner brush and a smudge tip that came with a kohl eyeliner stick–so I tried both. The brush didn’t work well enough for me to attempt it again, but the smudge tip worked as well for this eyeliner as it does for my kohl stick. I also tried my finger, but I don’t recommend that as I couldn’t get precise enough to do what I wanted; additionally, it was difficult to wash it off my finger if I didn’t get to it quickly enough before it set.Overall, I’m pleased. Like every eyeliner I’ve owned, this one has a bit of a learning curve, but I’m certain it’ll become one of my go-to pencils once I find my best technique.

Perfect for the purse or pocket
I'm always rubbing my eyes at the end of the day, I can't help it. My shadow takes a beating because of it too, and I always have zero eye makeup on by 3 pm. I'm not the kind to keep a makeup bag in my desk at work. But...I can keep a pencil in my purse! I love love this because the dual end makes it a breeze to swipe on a bit of color to keep your eyes defined. A fine side for lining, a broad side for filling, with smooth and creamy color that stays on. It will smudge (sorry!), but you have to give it a good rub for it to do so. Even when it smudges it still looks great - the color remains, and a tiny touchup with a dab of tissue will take care of the problem. This is now one of the only two pieces of makeup I bother to keep on my person at all times (the other is lipstick, of course!).

Bright pigmented blue eyeliner-eyeshadow stick
Holy cow this has some bright blue beautifully pigmented color!! Super long wear and stay in place when on my eyelids or on my waterline and let’s face it that can be a really hard spot to hold color eyeliner your waterline. This twisty dbl ended pencil stays locked in place but is totally smudge proof of you don’t try to smudge it out right after application. I’d say you have about 20 seconds to either smudge the color or to just leave it alone and let it set in place. This isn’t a liquid but it’s a very creamy dbl ended stick. Totally comfortable to wear and to apply you don’t have to worry about sharpening it and getting poked by any hard wooden sharp edges bc of a bad sharpener this just simply melts away from usage and then you twist up for some more! It’s literal perfection and super luxe high quality this and every color available deserves to be in every makeup girlys makeup bag! Literal perfection when it comes to eyeliner and shadow! So in love with the powerful punch of color!

Good for Smudged Looks
This is a good eyeliner for smudged and smokey eye looks! It comes with two different ends - one is thicker and the other is thinner, but the product appears to be the same shade on both ends. The thicker end is good for using all over the eyelid. I like to use it on the outer half of my eyelid and then put a sparkly eyeshadow on the inner half. The thinner end is good for using as actual eyeliner.I really like the shade I got, "spiced plum." It is a brownish maroon color. I love wearing eye products with a red base, because they bring out the color of my eyes. This is a unique color, but the brown tint still makes it natural enough to wear during the day.The product goes on smoothly and is pretty easy to apply. The consistency is like a crayon eyeliner - it doesn't remind me of an eyeshadow consistency at all, although it can be used in place of an eyeshadow. It is easy to smudge out and does seem to set a few minutes after it is applied. It is fairly water resistant. However, after a few hours of wear, the product is no longer smudge-proof for me. I have used this product to make winged eyeliner a few times, and I typically end up accidentally smudging one wing by the end of the day, and then I have to remove both wings. The eyeliner on my upper eyelids stays put all day, though. So, I would recommend this for anyone looking for a good, easy-to-use eyeliner for smokey and smudged eye looks. I wouldn't necessarily recommend it if you're hoping for a defined look or looking to wear a lot of winged eyeliner, because it does smudge after hours of wear. I like the color and how easy it is to make a blended out look.
