I never wanted to get a pet fountain until I got fed up with this really giant plastic mason jar style dish. It never dispensed the water correctly and it was a pain to fill up because the jug was so heavy. I ended up tossing the jug and using just the plastic dish but It would get slimy really fast. Then I saw this dream of a dog water bowl- It's nice and large and it purifies the water and It's quiet. I wondered if my dogs would drip water everywhere because the water that sits on top of the dish is shallow but they actually make less mess. They took to it right away and seem really happy with their new water dish. This dish is kind of like a pot with small handles it's super easy to lift. I was always making a mess trying to fill the mason jar style, even if I screwed the dish on while the bottle was in the sink and turned the bottle back over. I'm so glad for this large stainless steel fountain and that nightmare of a dish is gone! Added bonus this one has a light so you can see the water level and a long cord.

We upgraded from a plastic fountain to this stainless steel and the capacity is great, but also the pump is strong and the filter system is working fabulously. No algae growth, no dog hair clogging the pump, and just sooo easy to clean. Cats and dogs both use it.

The media could not be loaded.  I love it! it is very large and silent, very easy to assemble and keep clean, you must buy the water filters and change them according to recommendation, for summer times I usually put ice and so the water stays fresh. Enough for more than 1 pet.

I bought a smaller one of these for the kitchen and quickly realized it wasn't going to work as our pupper thinks he's part of the cat pack and eats and drinks out everything the cats do. So i bought this one to keep up with his needs. I ended up keeping the smaller one down too and they don't take up a lot of space. I like that they're SS and more hygienic than the plastic. I was the bowls every other day to two days just because I might as well since I'm filling them up anyways. There are several parts but they are easy to pull off and clean quickly and reassemble. I really like that there is a filter around the pump so it doesn't get gunked up with hair and food bits as well as the extra filtration that the water runs through before returning to the holding area, keeping the water fresher, longer. It's a good quality fountain with well made parts and for the price it can't be beat. Own three of these altogether! Excuse the dirty rubber mat, our fur kids are filthy animals!

This product is easy to use and clean. You can take the filter apart and really clean it. I feel like it’s super easy to assemble and reassemble. It is very quiet and has a nice clean look. They will replace the filter if it does break and they will give you a free pack of filters if you email them.The only thing I would change is the depth of the “bowl.” It works great for my dogs up to 30 pounds. But my big 65 pound GSD/pit prefers his filtered water to be in a separate deep bowl. But with 3 dogs drinking from the fountain and the fourth Occasionally drinking from it, it does hold a lot of water. I change the water and rinse everything every 2 to 3 days. Once a week I deep clean. In the summer I feel like I change the filter every 6 days, whereas in the winter the filter does tend to last longer. All in all I do like it and would recommend!

Absolutely love this water dish for my dogs! The viewing window is awesome - I can easily see when I need to add more water and it looks chic. Also love that it has a filter! Really cute and functional piece.

This fountain is perfect if you have multiple dogs! I have 2 50lbs dogs that love their water fountain, and the smaller plastic ones would get so dirty so quickly and they would empty it so often…reminded me of a fishbowl! These are awesome! Stay clean with 2 filters and the bowl is so large and easy to clean that I went and bought a second one the same day it arrived and put it together! Plus, the descriptions don’t tell you, but they have a light, which I LOVE because I thought I was settling for one without a light, but no, this has everything! Handles to refill, light, and all!!! 10/10 HIGHLY RECCOMMEND!!!

Nice, quiet dog fountain. Great capacity- we have a Lab that drinks a ton and I didn’t want to have to fill it every few hours. Our dog didn’t mind drinking out of it at all. I like that it’s stainless steel. It would be nice if there were handles on the top tray to lift it out so you can fill it quickly, but otherwise is simple and easy to set up and use.

The fountain is large and can hold a lot of water. It looks very modern and is very quiet. My pets love it!

Great foutain, good capacity, not noisy at all, easy to clean

It worked beautifully for 1 day then the pump quit. Light is still on but no pumping. No way of returning. I would love to change my rating to a 5 star but will need the ability to get it working to do that

Love this water fountain for my 2 cats to share. Love how big it is and the stainless steel look. It is also so silent you can’t even tell there is a water fountain. My cats love it as well. Highly recommend for any one with dogs or cats!
