The bike was pretty easy to assemble out of the box and it's a powerhouse. It won't have any problem handling hills and larger riders. I encountered a small problem with the left pedal, and Haoqi reimbursed me for the repair cost very promptly. I think this would be a great starter bike or an equally great addition to an e-bike collection.

The bike is big and built well, I’m not sure abt the other bikes on here but if your a bigger guy this is the bike for you. Even if your not s big guy you just want a bigger bike, pick this 1, w the larger battery this bike will take off. It’s a blast to ride. If you have any issues at all the customer service side will take care of it no matter what it is, patient, super nice and they want you to b happy w the bike most of all. Customer service is literally 2nd to none. I’m so glad I picked this bike, I researched 5-6 different bikes n I definitely picked the right one

Amazing bike!! I did a lot of research before finally making the purchase but after two months of riding it, I couldn't be happier with this bike. Has great features (power, comfort, great batterie life and an awesome look). I had a few questions about the parameter settings on the bike, and the HAOKI team responded to my emails ASAP. I'm supper happy with this bike and highly recommend it. I'm adding a picture of my bike but please know the mirrors were NOT included. I added those on for street riding.

Product worked approximately 2 days, then motor quit functioning/.Called customer support , they took down the information about the problem and said someone would get right back to me. Nothing.After 2 days of no response supposedly I can file a claim but that cant seem to happen either. very frustrated

This E-bike came well packaged and easy to put together. The product is beyond superb for the money. I'm 6'3" 300lbs. To find a bike that is going fit all the categories of health and laziness when you need them. This fits me perfect. Highly recommend this product. It moves my fat ass at the 28 mph with ease.

Can't stay off this ebike and that's a good thing. Doc said I need more exercise and to get my heart rate up 30 mins a day 5 times a week. Never liked running and walking not my thing but have always liked biking. Have a traditional mountain bike and an older DogLeg ebike but being 240lbs+ it wasn't too happy with me. And the traditional bike has become a bit too much work at my age 60+ so I knew I was not going to develop a habit of daily riding.Spent about 5 months looking for ebikes and really dug in on the Haoqi Black Leopard. So took the plunge and glad I did.This is an entry level bike so not making a big list of thing's it doesn't have.What it does have is:- Great power (early on a bit too much until I got used to it)- Battery life lives up to my expectations. Since this is for exercise don't spend a lot of time on the throttle, but it's nice when I need a break during the longer rides.- Sturdy feel to it (no there's no rear shock so stick mostly to bike trails)- Faster than is good for me at my age (60+ folks don't heal fast..lol)- FUN and addictive. I can't stop riding it.- Getting the exercise the Dr ordered. Monitoring my heart rate with a smartwatch and I'm in the zone I need to be in. 30+ mins a day with HR over 120bpm.Waited 47 days to write this review until I had some time/miles under it. Well, 256mi today, and I'm ready for the 2nd ride.Thing's to consider -- The seat is not very comfortable (especially for men... you know), so expect to get a replacement (less than $30 works just fine)- Kickstand lost the set screw. Haoqi was really great and quickly sent a replacement but it was aftermarket so didn't use it (eh..a little superglue and the original stays just fine).- This is a bigger bike. I'm 5'10" and cannot stand over the bike (without pain). I have to lean it when I'm stopped at signals and to mount and dismount. WIth that, I can also whip around curves without grounding the pedals which is awesome.- People will ask you about your bike -- it has a look that stands out and folks will ask questions. I just tell 'em get one!Since getting my Haoqi Black Leopard, the battery on my truck died ( didn't drive it for 3 weeks) and don't really notice gas prices cuz I'm not buying that much of it (CA prices are nutz).All in all, I'm like a big goofy kid with a new toy and friends and neighbors playfully tease me about it but in the end I'm GETTING THE EXERCISE I NEEDED. I work from home with a desk job and post pandemic left me too sedentary. Not any more. Anyone wanna but a truck? (just kidding).

We bought this as a birthday gift for my 14 year old. We had considered a Super 73 but they are so expensive and I didn’t want a bike that is a common target for thieves. My husband did a lot of research and for the power, functionality, reviews, and price this seemed to be a great choice. It comes mostly assembled with the expection of pedals and wheels. My son has been happy with it. We used zip ties and put a plastic crate on the back for him to carry his backpack.

I usually avoid buying big items on amazon because of return hassles even though Kohl's return makes it easier. Happy to see they took great care of the bike during shipping and packing was done pretty professionally. Assembling was straightforward. Riding and control are smooth. I found some video reviews on youtube about this brand and decided to give it try. Took it out for a ride a few times in the past weeks. So far no complaint!
