Good results
Seems to work well, especially after I noticed dose is 2 tabs. They are fairly large though

Hard to swallow
This pill should have been in a tumbler or something to make it smooth like others. Otherwise I've had no issies or side effects. I'll continue to buy it, but i with it was more smooth to swallow.

Great digestive aide
I’ve tried several types of digestive fiber, and this is the only one that does not upset my stomach. I don’t mind the size of the pills but May be hard for some to swallow.i find them effective,& usually take them before bed. There is no after taste to them,& help with my digestive issues. I personally find the powder packets easier to use than the pills. I would purchase again.

You have nothing to lose —— but it just might loosen up for you where you need it.
Very helpful for this nearly 70 year old woman. I would at least give it a try. It’s sort of a big pill, but it goes down easy because it doesn’t start dissolving while you are trying to swallow.

Powder > Tablets
Good product but the powder version is so much better. The tablets are absolutely massive and for some reason the tablets really upset my digestion whereas the powder improves digestion and motility. Can't live without the powder version.

Great source of fiber! My GO doc suggested and it works!
Why did you pick this product vs others?:My GI doctor suggested I use a combination of benefiber and senna. The benefiber gives a perfect amount of fiber and my GI issues have been eliminated. I have MS, which affects that function of my body.
