Ideally that intake should come from food, but not everyone is in a position to do that. That's where supplements come in.I remember as a child my mum forcing me to take vitamin pills daily and they always tasted disgusting. It really put me off taking vitamins. But now, vitamins come in many forms - such as pills, gummies and now this liquid. One 15ml serving of this orange flavoured liquid will give you most of each vitamin and mineral that you need per day to stay fit and healthy.If you have children that hate taking pills, you could add this vitamin liquid to a glass of orange juice with their breakfast and because this liquid tastes mostly of orange (You can tell that there is something else in the flavour in addition to the orange) your child may possibly never even realise that they are taking vitamins. For anyone who cannot swallow pills, this is an ideal way of getting your daily vitamins.

I really didn't like this unfortunately something in it close my throat every time I used it so I gave it to the misses who could take it no problem.It did improve her energy levels and for her the taste was fine, good vitamin content and for her it seemed to work fine.I think as long as you like the taste it's not an issue.
