It doesn't heat the wax beans, it was a waste of money. And it's very bad quality, unfortunately I can't return it since that option isn't available anymore.

After using it a few times, it completely stopped working and wouldn’t turn on at all. Eventually, it even exploded! The product is completely unreliable, with no proper safety standards or quality. Don’t purchase it—it’s a waste of money and potentially dangerous.

Very flimsy and light weight. Would prefer a more sturdy one over this

I bought a similar product a couple of years ago in the uk, and it works wonders. Just ordered this one and it’s been on for 40 minutes and the wax beads have barely warmed. I doubt will be able to use the wax as it won’t melt enough

This has to be canceled, this is not work at all I AM soooo disappointed

Very cheap quality I wish there is an option to give - stars I read the reviews before buying it and still order it. It doesn't work at all. It was on for 30 min and wax didn't start melting

Does not work form first day unfortunately return time finish.

I received a used wax machine with dried up wax in the pot. Very disappointing.
