How difficult is it to clean the utensil "pockets"?

They are pretty wide so not difficult.

The min height for this organizer is 3.25 inches. My drawer itself is 3.0 but the opening is 3.313. Will this work? What's the worse could happen?

Remember that when your utensils are in they’ll be higher. I had to return mine because it was too wide for my drawer. I purchased two of the smaller ones
