Smelled like formaldehyde and that should have been my warning; gift it to someone you hate and will never see again. This stuff is like the amazon friendly-version of pouring acid on someone's face.

I’m shocked at all the bad reviews for this product. I absolutely love it! My skin has not felt so good, or looked so renewed in I don’t know how long. I’ve added this into my routine 3 times a week. My pores are hardly visible, my eyes don’t look tired, and I haven’t had a single breakout since I started using it. I truly love it, and the price is right. I’m excited to try more products by Que Bella!

I followed the instructions word for word: I cleaned my face with warm water, applied the mask with my finger tips, waited 15 minutes, and rinsed with warm water and pat dry.My face burns on the sides and is red and uncomfortable.Only good thing is it smells good.

This was horrible. I used it on my 11 year old and she started yelling after 2 min that it was burning her face. It was supposed to be a fun night and instead was miserable.

I used the charcoal mud mask and I immediately noticed how it stung my eyes as I was applying the mud to my face. I fully covered my face but only left it on for about 2 seconds before I decided that the “cooling” sensation was full on burning and NOT RIGHT! Don’t get this product anywhere!

While on facetime with my girlfriend, she used the lavender mask. After about 10 minutes she said her face started to sting so she washed it off. It left her face bright red, worst than the other pictures I have seen in the other reviews, and left her face in pain for several hours afterwards. So much for a "cooling" facemask. She had gotten burns from other facemasks in the past, but they usually lasted less than an hour and occurred after she had kept it on for much longer, and the burns were far less severe than this one was. If you begin to feel any heat or stinging, remove the face mask immediately. Overall do not recommend, will never buy this again.

Do not use this!! especially if you have sensitive skin. made me have an allergic reactions and a bright red brining face. it’s not fun.

I would not recommend this product. It made my face bright red, and it felt like my face was burning. I took it off a second too late, mainly because I couldn't get it to come off, and then read reviews online. This mask made other customer's faces burn and break out, and I'm just hoping that doesn't happen to me. I thought this would be a relaxing night, and instead I spent most of the night trying to get my face to cool off.
