Cooling, protective and comfy
I’ve been searching for a cooling pad for a while and decided to try this one since the Ikea topper I had still made me sweat at night. This mattress pad feels cool right out of the package, and I love that it also works as a mattress protector. It fits perfectly over my mattress, and is easy to put on, and adds just the right amount of cushion to my extra firm mattress. The cooling effect lasted throughout the night for me. Another benefit is that it’s machine washable. Honestly, I might just sleep directly on it.My only small gripe is that the surface material can get wrinkly, but it’s not a dealbreaker.

Very Comfortable but not cooling
This gel pad is cool to the touch but once it is on the bed, it does nothing to cool body heat. I am keeping it anyway because it is SO comfortable.

Cooling works
I've had some great nights without waking up sweating! This mattress pad seems to bethe solution. I was skeptical at first, but after a week with the same results I'm very happy.Don't know the technology, but it seems to work for us.

Not really cooling.
There are some mattress pads that truly cool bc of gel inserts and such… the only cooling part about this is it has a silky satin top that both makes your fitted sheet slide around and loses its cooling effect once you add a fitted sheet.Might be worth investing more for better quality. And the fabric pills and tears almost instantly

Covers the bed...kind of
Does not fit snugly on the bed and does not cool, which was the entire reason I bought this polyester abomination. If you like waking in a pool of fetid butt sweat then this might be the product for you. The corners pull. I sweat. A corner wraps around my foot. I sweat some more. The sun comes up, my eyes open, and I stagger through the day hoping for a nap.
