The company was very nice and sent updates as often as they could, it got to the recipient on time and wasn't broken. It was very well made and looks so beautiful with the multi-colored base.

The media could not be loaded.  This turned out better than expected. Communication was great and they even sent me a picture of the finished product before shipping. Shipping does take a little while but it is worth it for a personalized product. It was packaged securely when it did arrived. A beautiful memorial piece to add to my collection.
