Helpful Product
I purchased this product to help strengthen my bones. It does seem to be working really well. I fell once backwards (my stupidity) down a small flight of stairs and nothing broke. I credit this product that has helped my bones.

easy 1 pill
great combination of glucosamine and turmeric (curcuma). One a day is wonderful. Much better than having to take 4 huge pills. this is easy to swallow, but effective.

I bought this for my son who was experiencing major joint pain. He says it is really helping, and he doesn't feel near the joint pain that he was before. He says that it is much cheaper on Amazon than it is at Costco
