Doesn’t have enough pressure
I installed it a month ago and it didn’t have enough pressure to pull the water in. I thought I may have an issue with the inbound water lines and spent hours replacing them. Finally I compared it to the other one we have and the pressure is so much less. Unfortunately I’m passed the return window now so need to buy a new one.

So far so good, however definately a direct replacement for the Jabsco
need a full season to see if it holds up, but a simple swap wit the old unit

Just installed and already going bad.
I've had this installed for about a week and it's already started making a bizarre noise. Probably not going to last a month. Complete waste of money.

Pump is leaking
We bought this pump in March 2024, the pump is leaking at the backside of the housing where the raw water pump is. I've reached out a few times w/o a response, how do we return, or get a replacement?

It failed after the third use in less than a week.
I need to pump the waste into a portable waste bin located above the RV drain. In fact, instead of grinding things up and using them up, it pushes everything back into the RV. It would push things back into my RV and cause sewage to overflow onto the ground because I couldn't clean the water pump.
