Perfect bike for my 11 year old son. He loves to ride it everywhere. Easy ride, great size with room to grow. There were no missing parts. Easy to put together and easy to make adjustments.

This is a great bike for kids. Very pleased with the quality of the build; all parts seem well made and assembled. Relatively easy setup for someone who knows nothing about bikes.Even better than the bike is the customer service. The carrier mangled the box in which our bike was shipped and the front wheel arrived bent. I reached out to Retrospec via Amazon and very quickly received a reply. They asked that I send a few photos for validation, which I did, and again heard back very quickly that they would ship a replacement. We had it in hand a few days later. Not always common to find super friendly and responsive support. Thank you again!

I initially thought this brand looked great—stylish, with a vibe similar to American products, though clearly manufactured and quality-controlled in China. I bought this bike as a birthday gift for my daughter, but the experience has been extremely disappointing.When I tried to install the front wheel, it didn’t fit the fork properly. Then I noticed the front brakes were completely uneven—the left brake was visibly tilted. I contacted Retrospec customer service through Amazon (since Amazon directed me only to them), and the agent sent me a YouTube link to "adjust" it myself.After disassembling it as instructed, I discovered the real problem: the welding on the fork is completely off. How did this even pass quality control?I sent photos to the customer service agent to show the defective weld, and all they said was to contact Amazon for a return or replacement. But Amazon only provided Retrospec’s contact info in the first place! And now that the bike is fully assembled, how am I supposed to return it?This is incredibly frustrating for a brand I had high hopes for. I expected much better.

Really nice looking bike, the exact schoolbus yellow color my son wanted, would be a 5 star if the bike hadn't arrived with paint damage on the front fork.

This bike is worth every penny. Super easy to assembly and the quality is a 10/10.
