There is hope for weight loss
I bought this book a while ago. I did the program for a bit and then got sidetracked. I wish I hadn't. It's a healthy start to losing weight and dealing with things, not only obesity, but high blood pressure, kidney disease, auto-immune diseases etc. Dr Kempner had great success back in the day with helping people with a myriad of health issues. I am committed to starting this program again and am anticipating good results. I am joining Bethany's January Challenge which goes for 25 days in January, and I will report back here how it goes.

Wonderful little book. It covers everything you need to know and you will lose weight!
Loved this little book and even ordered another to send to my daughter in London. It is simple to follow, a quick read that covers everything you need to know about the rice diet, supplements to take etc. and best of all it has meal plans with amazing recipes. It honestly has it all!it's such a blessing compared to the tedious long winded books written by plant based doctors that take forever to read and forever to understand. Many thanks to Bethany Russell for putting this all together.

Very easy Read
Nice and short and helped me greatly on my new venture which started over 4 months ago. Started at 202 and now weight 177. Had to make cheat days to slow down the weight loss. I still stick to the diet on cheat days I just add what ever cheat I want.

Simple, detailed starter guide
If you’re on the fence or require more research before diving into the rice diet I’d steer clear. However, if you’re ready to jump in and want something simple, short, and to the point, I can definitely recommend. It’s very hands on, practical, and can help you get started on the rice diet immediately.

I'm on a carnivore diet which is also an elimination diet. When I read the book I realized I needed to cut out dairy. My pain levels greatly improved.
