For the price this dresser is great! It looks very nice, is relatively sturdy and was not hard to put together. The instruction book was spot on with pictures as well!

I was happy with the outcome of this dresser, it was easy to assemble, the directions were clear and everything was labeled clearly. Some parts of the dresser are actually very thick so it seems very sturdy. The drawers all glide very smoothly. I would say the only thing I wasn’t excited about were the handles on the drawers themselves which seem kind of cheap but they look nice. I feel this was a good purchase for the price.

Beautiful dresser however the drawers are very small, so I would say it's probably better suited for a child than adults. They do not open as far as they should which is extremely frustrating. This dresser had multiple spots that was supposed to have a pre-drilled whole for the screws and it wasn't there. Pieces were also missing labels. I will say without the label it was still very easy to put together. The dresser smells like the inside of a cigar box but that does go away fast. It does seem very sturdy, it is quite heavy. I had a hard time finding a dresser that was tall enough and this is perfect.I would recommend .

This is heavy and solid, not like a lot of other furniture I've purchased online. Assembly took a while, but we were grateful the instructions were accurate and everything lined up nicely. Seems like it is pretty sturdy and will last a while.

The media could not be loaded. Box is very heavy. You will need 2 people to move it. Unless you unpack (as I did) right on the front porch and move it inside, piece by piece. Packaged carefully with lots of styrofoam and foam sheets. Take the time to lay everything out, count all of the wooden pieces and put them in order & the hardware (numerical & alphabetical, they come in individual bags) before you begin. The instruction manual details everything. Took me 3.5 hours by myself to assemble (broke it up into two days). Directions are easy & understandable. Take your time. Make sure the pieces that are going to be facing outward, are the smooth finished side (you will understand). Half way thru two pieces that are labeled 3 & 6 were incorrect. I reached out to Linsy_Home regarding the missing/incorrect pieces. [email protected] I was surprised and pleased how they made sure they got it right. I sent them photos & video of the problem. Great customer service. Be patient, if you have an issue, you will hear from them the following day. I absolutely LOVE it and it exactly the dresser I was looking for. The drawers pull out smoothly and it looks beautiful. Very sturdy and exactly what we were looking for. Fits perfectly into our guest bedroom. Highly recommend. Just be aware that you may have an issue but Linsy_Home will address it.

Love the look of this dresser! The quality is about as expected. It's not real wood but still looks nice. My big complaint as noted in others reviews is the drawers. I read them and was ok with short drawer but they are REALLY short, almost not functional. Im including a picture of the way they open, it's about half way. Because I truly like the look of the dresser for the cost I replaced the drawer slide with soft close 12" slides. Now the dresser has drawers that are actually usable and I get the beautiful look for a great price. :-) The left side drawer has the upgraded 12" slides and the right side drawer has the bracket they came with.

Perfect size dresser. Well made. Heavy solid wood. Excellent price. Definitely a two person assembly job but worth your time. Took me and helper 4 hours to build. Recommend.

The media could not be loaded. This dresser was extremely disappointing because only after it was built did I discover that the drawers only open halfway and is very inconvenient to use. When I contacted the company for support, they wouldn't issue a refund or provide any solutions to returning it. After messaging them, they claimed that this was a “safety” feature. However, I know many dressers that can have their drawers pulled out safely without it being ridiculously unable to come out more than halfway. It really just seems like a design flaw. I put some items in to test it out and I literally can’t see the back items at all unless I pull out everything in the front. This is pretty upsetting because this supposedly “safety feature” wasn’t written anywhere on the Amazon listing of the product. I told them that now that it’s put together, in order for me to return it, I’d have to take it apart piece by piece and somehow “Tetris” it all back into the box to return it. Which will be extremely difficult because the pieces came perfectly tightly placed in the box. This isn’t an ideal solution for either one of us. So I asked them if they have any solutions, and how other customers typically return this product after building it. The dresser took me a whole day to build, and had I known that the drawers only open halfway, then I wouldn’t have bought it in the first place. I figured they could at least provide me with some information on how the pieces arrived initially so I know how to fit it all back into the box. Unless they expected me to memorize it when I first opened it and as I was building it!? But after I inquired about how to best return the product, they ended the chat and didn’t message me back. So now I have to reach back out to them and hope I don’t get “ghosted” by this company again when all I’m trying to do is return it. I would say don’t bother buying this dresser for its poor design and difficulty to use. And originally, I would have just left it at that. But after speaking with the company’s representative, I’d say don’t buy anything from their company at all.
