These berberine capsules are great! I’ve been taking them for blood sugar support, and they seem to help maintain stable levels. I also appreciate that they support heart health and cholesterol. Easy to take and no unpleasant aftertaste.

Nothing has helped my PCOS weight. Absolutely nothing. Not calorie counting. Not working out 6 days a week. Getting 10K steps in daily.This did the trick! I'm not cutting out sugar completely either and still down 11 lbs in 3 weeks. It does stop most of the cravings though. I even stopped buying lattes (I would have half a cup in the morning) because they kept expiring in the fridge from not wanting them.I am switching brands due to the price going from $13 to $33. But the product works.Note: It may give you some crazy digestive issues. Not a fan of that, but the results have made it worth the struggle.I take two a day.

Great product, lowered my blood sugar!

I have only been taking for a few days. No gastro issues, but I did have some jitteriness yesterday morning (I usually take less than recommended for everything so this is not surprising). I am having very vivid dreams. Nothing disturbing, just dreams. I really wish these were capsules that could be split in half because I believe 500mg would be better for my situation due to the jitteriness. I have opted to buy a lower dosage.

Had it for 3 mths . My personal experience is it keeps my Blood pressure , sugar levels in control . At least I attribute it to my taking this supplement .

I’ve tried various different brands of Berberine. I find this one to be okay. Not really the best brand I have tried, though. I take Berberine for weight loss and weight management, as well to help keep my blood sugar levels low along with a change in diet. It mildly works. So the quality is okay. But not the best brand I’ve tried. Though I regularly buy other types of health supplements by Nature’s Bounty for years. This one is fair for the price and mild general effectiveness. I have been takeing berberine supplements for a year now. I take them for 2 -3 weeks and then take a break for 2 weeks, so that my body doesn’t get used to the supplement and also to help protect my liver. Berberine is the type of supplement that has to be taken a break from for at least 1-2 weeks to protect the liver from damage. It is a safe supplement to take but a potent one that requires being taken intermittently only. Diet change is a must if one is trying to lower blood sugar levels anyway. This supplement simply helps aide in lowering blood sugar. It shouldn’t be depended on solely for this purpose. It can boost the immune system and has for me.

So I read great things about Berberine. I was looking for a natural way to regulate my blood sugar and help with the food noise. I can see why it’s called natural ozempic. It does just that. I’ve been on the shot. I just couldn’t handle the side effects so I gave up. In 1 month on the shot I lost 8 lbs. Ended up gaining it back unfortunately. I decided I’ll try a natural approach. I’ve been taking Berberine twice a day. It has curved my appetite so well and I no longer really have junk food cravings. It’s no miracle worker. You have to make sure that you balance good food choices. As of today, I have lost 4 pounds in two weeks. I’m going to continue taking it and see if it will help me get to my goal weight.
