Bought this for preserving twigs and small leaf branches for dried floral arrangements. I had always bought glycerin for this purpose from the medicine aisle at the local drug store but the bottles have become smaller and smaller in size. This purchase is vegetable glycerin and it serves my purposes well. I have had success (summer 2025) with witch hazel and arborvitae. It’s a game of chance to find out what works with drying plant material and each year is different.

I bought this to make homemade vanilla. I am still waiting for the vanilla to age but it was easy to work with.

I buy this to make a Hawthorne and dandelion tincture for my dogs and not only do I notice the great quality of the glycerin in itself compared to others that I have bought, which is fantastic, but I am finding that it also functions in more than it’s main usage. I’ve noticed that it is helping to moisturize my dogs fur in the process. The package came with no leaks, unopened and proving to be a very good value for the money. I have tried others, and this is the one I will go back to as the ingredients are as intended, and the size is the best one yet
