I tried for roughly 3 hours to get the link out to make the watch smaller with the device you included with the watch. In the end i could not get it out and took it to a watch shop, they managed to make the watch smaller. I had to pay for this.Then 2 days later i was happily wearing the watch and a DIFFERENT link fell out and my watch fell to the floor.... awful experience guys
